Aluminum cans - empty
PET bottles with the symbol #1 - with screw tops only - empty
HOPE plastic bottles with symbol #2 (milk, water bottles, detergent, shampoo bottles, etc.) - empty
Plastic containers with symbols #5 - empty (no expanded polystyrene)
Steel and tin cans - empty
Glass food and beverage containers - brown, clear, or green - empty
Newspaper
Magazines, glossy inserts and pamphlets
Uncoated printing, writing and office paper
Old corrugated containers/cardboard (uncoated)

DELIVERY SPECIFICATIONS:
Material delivered by or on behalf of Customer may not contain more than 5% non-Recyclables and may not contain any Excluded Materials. In the event a
load does not meet specifications, the load may be rejected and/or Customer may be charged additional processing, return or disposal costs.
“Excluded Materials” means radioactive, volatile, corrosive, flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, bio-hazardous or toxic substance or material, or regulated medical or hazardous waste as defined by, characterized by or listed under applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations, materials containing information in hard copy or electronic format, or otherwise) which information is protected or regulated under any local, or federal privacy or data security laws, including, but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability act of 1996, as amended or other regulations or ordinances.
Company reserves the right upon notice to discontinue acceptance of any category of materials set forth above as a result of market conditions related to such materials and makes no representations as to the recyclability of the materials.

Croix Valley Pick-Up is committed to providing the best environmentally-correct service to the cities in our service area. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 115A./9302, Croix Valley Pick-Up hereby discloses that the solid waste is delivered only to the county-approved facility:

All containers must be empty and free of metal caps and rings and contain less than 5% food debris.
All fiber must be dry and free of food debris and other contaminating materials.
Tissues, paper towels, or other paper that has been in contact with food is not acceptable.
Please put only acceptable materials in recycling cart or basket as “not accepted” items put into the recycling cart or basket may be rejected or penalized by our processor, Recycle America.
In early summer 2023, we expect our online payment section will be ready on our website for our customers to use.
